A handmade "Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ" in a glass bell jar.

The Sacred Heart has lots of symbolism, the three flames represent The Holy Trinity (God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) and the transformative power of love, with a sunburst of divine light behind the heart, the wound is where Christ was pierced by the lance whilst on the cross. The heart is encircled by the crown of thorns that the Roman soldiers made for Jesus and the cross is also incorporated into the design. "Sacratissimum Cor Iesu" (Latin for Most Sacred Heart of Jesus) is machine embroidered on a label around the base of the heart.

In the Catholic devotion the heart of Jesus is viewed as a symbol of "God's boundless and passionate love for mankind"
