Two Headed Deer Skull

A handmade two headed deer skull (faux taxidermy) made from cotton calico.

Roll up! Roll up! Come and see the two headed deer! Very much not alive having never lived, we have a very ethical oddity for your amazement.

The materials that I have used are 100% cotton calico, natural dyes (eg coffee, tea, oak galls and iron vinegar), the stuffing is kapok (a natural and biodegradable fibre that grows inside pods that grow on the Ceiba tree, it has a low carbon footprint, is naturally hypoallergenic and requires very little processing), the thread that I use is either lyocell (wood fibres) or cotton, I have added light detail/depth of colour/aging in natural earth paints making this item 100% plastic free, ethical, vegan and sustainable.

Because of the nature of these soft sculptures, some items may require a little bit of gentle manipulation to make them hang correctly, please gently straighten the horns.
